Luda Vasilyeva reaches ITF ProCircuit doubles semi-final in Florida

Orlando ITF Pro Circuit update: Luda Visilyeva (RUS) reaches the main draw doubles semi-final after winning the quarterfinal match today 7/5 6/1. Despite losing early in the singles main draw, Luda was able to rebound in doubles and she and her doubles partner will now face the number 3 seeded Sally Peer (AUS) & Natalie Pluskota (USA) in the doubles semi-final. Congratulations and good luck Luda!

Daga Mrozek Kriek began playing tennis at the age of 9, in her native country, Poland, achieving the number 3 ranking in Juniors for three consecutive years. She has also excelled in collegiate tennis at Virginia Tech where she played for four years on a full athletic scholarship. She was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 1996 and was a member of the Atlantic 10 Championship Team from 1996 to 1999.
