Luda Vasilyeva reaches ITF Pro Circuit quarterfinals in singles and doubles

ITF Pro Circuit Shymkent Kazakhstan update: Luda Vasilyeva won her second round singles main draw match today and reached the quarterfinals where she will face Ekaterina Klyueva (KAZ). Luda and her doubles partner also reached the quarterfinals of the doubles main draw where they lost to Anna Grigoryan (RUS) & Vivian Zlatanova (BUL). Great job Luda! Good luck in your singles match tomorrow!

Daga Mrozek Kriek began playing tennis at the age of 9, in her native country, Poland, achieving the number 3 ranking in Juniors for three consecutive years. She has also excelled in collegiate tennis at Virginia Tech where she played for four years on a full athletic scholarship. She was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 1996 and was a member of the Atlantic 10 Championship Team from 1996 to 1999.
