Dean O’Brien at the ITF 10K Futures in Veracruz, Mexico

The draws are out for the ITF 10K Futures tournament in Veracruz, Mexico. Dean O’Brien (RSA) will be facing Andres Zepeda (Mex) in the first round of the main draw singles.

In doubles, Dean O’Brien and his doubles partner Juan-Carlos Spir (COL) are seeded number 1 and will play their first match against Matheson Klein (AUS) & Lazaro Navarro-Batles (CUB). Good luck Dean!

Daga Mrozek Kriek began playing tennis at the age of 9, in her native country, Poland, achieving the number 3 ranking in Juniors for three consecutive years. She has also excelled in collegiate tennis at Virginia Tech where she played for four years on a full athletic scholarship. She was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 1996 and was a member of the Atlantic 10 Championship Team from 1996 to 1999.
