Kavir Kumar getting ready for Kalamazoo

Great win for Kavir Kumar yesterday beating the nationally 85 ranked player 7/5, 6/1 at the National Zonals in Waco, TX.
Kavir is a promising young player. He was ranked 28 in the nation in 14-and-under category. He is now competing in boys’ 16s.
Kavir’s next tournament is the prestigious Kalamazoo boys national tournament.
Good luck Kavir in Texas and we are looking forward to having you back next week to get ready for Kalamazoo!

Daga Mrozek Kriek began playing tennis at the age of 9, in her native country, Poland, achieving the number 3 ranking in Juniors for three consecutive years. She has also excelled in collegiate tennis at Virginia Tech where she played for four years on a full athletic scholarship. She was named the team’s Most Valuable Player in 1996 and was a member of the Atlantic 10 Championship Team from 1996 to 1999.
