While most tennis fans are focused on the Roland Garros’ finals this weekend, Johan Kriek alongside other tennis greats is at the Bending Branch Winery in Texas this weekend to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Parkinson’s Disease Foundation. “It’s a cause close to my heart,” says Johan Kriek, “as my mother-in-law, Daga’s mom, has had Parkinson’s for many years.”
Johan has met Michael J. Fox on more than one occasion. The first time they met was at Jack Hannah’s ZOO several years back (see bottom picture). Upper picture: Johan Kriek, Christo Van Rensburg, Graydon Oliver, Matt Bain and Chris Haggard.
